It was born as an initiative of the local community. Given the lack of school places in the area, the residents of Oda organized to start a primary school. For years the school worked with great effort and with rudimentary infrastructures to educate the minors of the area up to 4th grade.

Currently 1,276 boys and girls attend school. Despite all the improvements, the Oda school still did not have enough classrooms for all the students. It is for this reason that at the beginning of March the construction of 4 new classrooms began. They are already finished and it will be used as soon as they start the new school year.

They have asked us to finance 160 desks for these new classrooms.
